Shopping with 4thd zuri

Choosing jewelry online starts with knowing what you are ordering. Please review the description, materials, dimensions, and available options on each product page before you buy. If you need more information about a piece, email us with its name or a link to the page. We respond to emails within 24 consecutive hours, including weekends.

Our store operates online only. We do not have a physical shop, a showroom, or a location for in-person shopping. The registered business address below identifies the company that operates this website. It is not a retail store or the address for product returns.

Where your order ships from

We source our jewelry from suppliers in China. Those suppliers fulfill orders and ship them from China to customers in the United States. Our U.S. business registration does not mean that orders ship from a U.S. warehouse or that the products are made in the United States.

Order processing takes 3–5 business days. Shipping takes an estimated 8–12 business days after dispatch, making the estimated total 11–17 business days. Our Shipping Policy explains the order cut-off, delivery area, fees, and how we handle delays.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., including P.O. Boxes within that area. Standard shipping costs $7.95 and is free when your merchandise subtotal is $60 or more after discounts. Product prices include applicable sales tax and import duties and taxes. Shipping, when payable, is shown separately before you pay.

Returns are handled in the United States

You do not need to send a return to China. Our U.S. returns facility is in Salt Lake City, Utah. Email us before returning an item so we can send you instructions and a prepaid return label.

You can request a return within 30 business days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused and in their original packaging. We pay return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are free, subject to the requested size or color being available. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process and refund timing.
