4thd zuri uses Google advertising and measurement tools. Certain advertising-related disclosures can fall within legal definitions of selling or sharing personal information or targeted advertising, even when information is not exchanged for money. This page explains how to refuse advertising cookies and submit a privacy opt-out request.
Use the cookie banner
Select the option to refuse advertising cookies in our cookie banner. You can continue shopping after making that choice. Cookie-based choices may apply only to the browser or device where you make them. If you change browsers, switch devices, or delete cookies, review your choices again.
Email an opt-out request
Email support@4thdzuri.com with “Privacy opt-out request” in the subject line. Tell us that you want to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and identify the email address or other record you want us to apply the request to. You do not need a customer account to send a request.
We do not require an identity document for an advertising opt-out. Please do not send a passport, driver's license, full payment card number, or password. We may ask for limited clarification if we cannot understand the request or identify the relevant record. We respond to email within 24 consecutive hours, including weekends; completion follows the applicable privacy deadline.
Browser opt-out signals
Some browsers or extensions offer Global Privacy Control. Where applicable law requires recognition of that signal, it must be treated as an opt-out for the relevant browser or device. A browser signal may not identify your other devices or every record associated with your email. You may also email us to request help applying an opt-out to identifiable records.
What an opt-out changes
An advertising opt-out does not cancel an order or stop information processing needed for payment, delivery, returns, security, or legal recordkeeping. It also does not automatically unsubscribe you from email or SMS marketing. To stop email marketing, use its unsubscribe link. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP or contact us with the subscribed number.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If a request is denied and an appeal right applies, reply to the decision or email us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.
