All prices and payments on 4thdzuri.com are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Stripe. The checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. We do not ask you to send payment card details by email.
Prices, tax, and shipping
Product prices include applicable sales tax and import duties and taxes. Standard shipping costs $7.95 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $60. Shipping is free at a discounted merchandise subtotal of $60 or more. You can review the final total, including any shipping charge, before submitting payment.
A discount applies according to the offer shown when you use it. The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts. If a discount takes the merchandise subtotal below $60, the standard $7.95 shipping charge applies. We do not add import charges when your parcel arrives.
Payment authorization
Your payment provider may request additional authentication before approving a transaction. An unsuccessful or interrupted payment attempt can sometimes appear as a pending authorization. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge. Your bank or card issuer controls when an unused authorization is released.
If you are unsure whether your order was placed, contact us before trying repeatedly. Include your email address and any order confirmation you received. Do not include your full card number, card security code, or banking password.
Payment information
Use the website checkout to submit payment details. Stripe handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how order and transaction information is used to fulfill purchases and provide support. No method of online transmission can be promised to be completely free of risk.
Refunds and billing questions
Refunds are sent to the original payment method. For returned merchandise, we issue the refund within 5–7 business days after the returns facility receives the item. Your bank or card issuer may take another 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account. See Returns & Refunds for eligibility and shipping-fee treatment.
If you see an incorrect charge or do not recognize a transaction, contact us at support@4thdzuri.com. Contacting us does not take away any rights you have to dispute a charge with your payment provider. Any fee independently charged by your bank depends on your agreement with that bank; we do not set those fees.
If we find a pricing or checkout error affecting your order, we will contact you and explain the available correction or cancellation. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
